Are you a passionate Geography Teacher seeking your next rewarding teaching opportunity? Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a well‑established and supportive secondary school in the Colne area. This role is 5 days per week, and due to start in May ongoing until February 2027. This is an excellent chance to teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a school that values inclusive teaching, academic excellence, and professional development.

- Location: Colne, Lancashire
- Start Date: May 2026 - February 2027
- Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days per week.
- Daily Rate: £168 - £215 per day
About the Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have strong subject knowledge in Geography (KS3 & KS4)
- Have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update Service
- Be confident in planning and delivering creative and inclusive lessons
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be committed to inspiring young people and improving outcomes for all learners
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing
