Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new opportunity in Burnley? Rotherwood Education are working closely with a secondary school in Burnley in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Administrator. The role is full time, 8:30-3:30pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on an ongoing placement.
Duties and Responsibilities of the School Administrator:
- Managing visitors security/sign ins
- Overseeing student absence
- Provide general administrative support
- Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
- Act as a welcoming, professional 'face' of the school
The Successful School Administrator will:
- Have previous school receptionist/administration experience
- Have previous experience using Arbor/SIMS software system
- Need to be highly organised
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have proficient computer skills including experience with SIMS
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
