We are looking for volunteers with experience working or volunteering with young people, in education, support or mentoring to join our team and help teach young people new skills for life!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a variety of activities and lessons, using best practices you have developed
  • Act as a mentor and role model for cadets, providing guidance and encouragement
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all cadets during training and events
  • Collaborate with other volunteers to plan and execute unit events and programs
  • Monitor the progress and development of individual cadets, providing feedback and support as needed
