Rotherham Sea Cadets is looking for experienced trustees to join our Unit Management Team and help manage our charity at a strategic and managerial level. If you have previous experience in youth, nautical or education charities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Support and shape the strategic direction of the unit to grow membership and increase community presence.
  • Recruit new young people and adult volunteers and oversee their training and development.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Chair and wider team to develop and deliver the charity’s strategy and engage with stakeholders.
  • Participate in the selection, election, co‑opting and re‑election of trustees at each AGM.
