Rotherham Sea Cadets
Welcome to Rotherham Sea Cadets
The Rotherham Sea Cadets is a vibrant youth organisation dedicated to providing young people with the opportunity to develop essential life skills through nautical training and activities. Established as part of the national Sea Cadet Corps, we aim to inspire and empower young individuals aged 10 to 18 years old.
Our core activities include sailing, kayaking, and power boating, which not only teach valuable water skills but also promote teamwork and leadership. In addition to water-based activities, we offer a range of land-based training such as first aid, navigation, and marine engineering.
At Rotherham Sea Cadets, we believe in fostering a sense of community and belonging. Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to create a safe and supportive environment where cadets can thrive. We encourage personal development through various awards and qualifications, helping our cadets to build confidence and self-esteem.
We are committed to inclusivity and welcome young people from all backgrounds. Our vision is to create a future generation that is not only skilled but also socially responsible and engaged in their communities.
Join us at Rotherham Sea Cadets and embark on an exciting journey filled with adventure, learning, and friendship!
