As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Support Worker to help keep our services running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, loves ticking things off a list, and wants their work to have a real impact in the local community.
What You will Be Doing
You will be at the heart of our busy service, helping ensure referrals, records and communications are managed accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will:
Help process referrals and ensure people can access support quickly.
Gather and prepare information to support our services.
Manage enquiries received by email and telephone.
Maintain accurate records and service information.
Prepare letters, forms and documents.
Provide administrative support to managers and staff teams.
Help keep our services organised, responsive and running smoothly.
No two days are exactly the same, so you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a variety of tasks.
