Permanent, part time, 22.2 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within RMBC's Revenues, Benefits & Payments service managing the billing and collection of Business Rates. You will have an in depth legislative and practical knowledge of Business Rates with the ability to provide technical and professional advice to the team and customers.
You will have direct management experience within the Revenues, Benefits and Payments area with experience of staff supervision. Experience of monitoring data, reviewing policies and procedures and implementing legislative changes is essential to this role along with the ability to handle complex issues and customer complaints. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with the team and external stakeholders.
This post will have access to the Public Services Network, if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at the Basic level (unspent criminal convictions).
