GROW is seeking dynamic and passionate Women who support our vision of empowering women to make informed choices to join our team of Project Workers.

Full time, fixed term until 31 st March 2028 based primarily in Rotherham and providing cover when required in Barnsley

The Women’s Justice Service provides support to women within the criminal justice system. The aim of the service is to support the women to understand what led to their involvement in the criminal justice system and to provide pathways to positively move forward.

We are seeking someone who will guide women through the complexities they face, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices.

Subject to skills and experience.
