We are seeking a Student Support Assistant to work under the direction of teaching staff and the SEND Co‑ordinator to support access to learning for students.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of lessons and activities for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist with individual planning and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain a calm, well‑disciplined learning environment.
  • Provide care, guidance and support throughout the school day.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maximise educational outcomes.

  • Passion for supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds.
