Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a full-time HR Consultant to join our friendly HR Consultancy Team.

You will be the first point of contact for HR advice across the Council’s five directorates, delivering high-quality, consistent support to staff.

You’ll work with Senior HR Consultants and HR Business Partners on casework across recruitment, capability, disciplinary, and other processes, and contribute to policies and workforce planning through data analysis.
