Main duties of the post include:
- The high-quality collection, validation, analysis, interpretation and reconciliation of detailed stock condition, energy efficiency, asset compliance and risk data.
Qualifications
- Evidence of being highly proficient in utilising a wide variety of computer applications in support of data analysis and presentation of high-quality business intelligence.
- Experience in proactively identifying areas of poor data quality or concern and taking appropriate action to validate, update, and deliver improvement to the data and the collection systems used.
- Proficiency in the analysis of complex datasets and communicating the findings in a range of formats to non-technical people.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Substantial experience as a key user of a business application database.
- Experience of using a range of computer applications and ICT including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, internet, and e-mail.
Access to the Public Services Network, and a Basic level disclosure of criminal records check at the Unspent Criminal Convictions level will be required if successful.
