Liberty House is a specialist short break service supporting children and young people with complex needs and disabilities. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will lead shifts, support and mentor staff, contribute to care planning, administer medication and ensure children receive high-quality, child-centred care. You will play a key role in promoting positive outcomes, independence and meaningful experiences for children and young people accessing our service.
The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children and Young People's Residential Care and have experience working with children and young people. Experience supporting children with disabilities, complex needs or additional health needs is desirable.
