Permanent, part time, 18.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a

Senior HR Assistant to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic HR programmes across the organisation.

  • Working closely with the HR Project Support Officer you will;
  • Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, providing advice and guidance to managers, employees and external stakeholders.
  • Support a range of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and records.
  • Contribute to projects that improve services for employees across the organisation.
  • We are looking for someone;
  • Who can demonstrate strong administrative and data management skills
  • Has excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Is a confident user of Microsoft 365 applications and a range of IT systems
  • Has the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing demands.

This is a part-time role with flexibility to agree the working days and pattern.
