Role Overview

You will join a strong and innovative performance and quality team that delivers high quality service development and improvement activities to support the wider RMBC CYPS directorate.
Main Responsibilities
As a Project Support Officer, you will support a wide range of projects, improvement activity, audits and preparation for inspection readiness. Your work will support the delivery of high-quality services by providing effective project coordination, robust analysis, and strong administrative and engagement support.
Working closely with colleagues, partners, and service users, you will play a key role in strengthening performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across CYPS, helping to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
