Liberty House is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will lead shifts, support and mentor staff, contribute to care planning and ensure children receive high-quality, child-centred care.
The successful candidate must have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children and Young Peoples Residential Care and experience working with children and young people. Experience with disabilities or complex needs is desirable.
