Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a Learning Disability and Autism Team Social Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and autism across the borough. You will assess needs, develop care and support plans, and work with families, carers, health, housing and voluntary partners to promote independence and safeguard rights.
The post is full-time (37 hours), with progression through career bands and relocation support up to Β£8,000 where eligible; RMBC offers a generous package.
