Thorpe Hesley Primary School – Working in partnership with New Collaborative Learning Trust (NCLT)
Role: Support children, including children with additional needs, in Key Stage 2. The key responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom tasks
- Supporting pupils in developing academic and personal skills
- Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
Additional duties:
- Provide basic first aid as part of the school day (full training will be provided)
- Attend professional development and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent
- Flexible, numerate, IT literate, punctual, reliable, and willing to undertake training
