We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused individual to join our Council Homes Support Services team. In this role, you’ll provide essential back‑office support to our Housing and Estate Services, helping us deliver a smooth and reliable service for our tenants.
As a key part of our tenancy management function, you’ll work closely with our locality-based officers and be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including:
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Managing shared inboxes
- Producing letters and routine correspondence
- Supporting day‑to‑day admin processes
- Contributing to an efficient and positive experience for our tenants
- Contacting our tenants by telephone and email
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Housing, Customer Service, Call Centres, Administration, Reception, or for graduates and college leavers looking to begin a career in public services.
