Directorate: Adult Care, Housing and Public Health

Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week. We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our IPS team within the Employment Solutions Service at RMBC. The postholder will have responsibility for direct line management of a team of Employment Specialists delivering the Individual Placement Support (IPS) programme through RMBC, in conjunction with Rotherham Alcohol and Drugs Service (ROADS). The programme is in place to support people in structured recovery from substance misuse into meaningful, sustainable employment.

As well as managing the day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring KPIs are met, the post holder will be responsible for a small caseload of clients.
