Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Officer to join the Housing Property Service. You will investigate, manage and resolve damp, mould and disrepair cases across the council's housing stock, inspect occupied properties, identify defects and assess risks to residents.
You will maintain records, prepare reports and Scott Schedules, support responses to legal disrepair claims, and work with residents, contractors and internal services to deliver timely solutions.
