We have exciting opportunities for Consultants in Public Health working in the highly energetic Public Health Team.
Rotherham’s Public Health team is a vibrant team working on a wide range of issues and with a wide range of partners to achieve significant improvements in local people’s health and wellbeing and addressing inequalities in health between our different communities.
The postholders will have demonstrable experience in the field and take a system leadership approach and apply this experience to a range of programmes. They will also have a working knowledge of public health priorities and be able to use these skills to build the understanding of health inequalities through data and intelligence, and ultimately support our efforts to help to make Rotherham a healthier place to live.
The roles will also involve working across the system with other partners, including local health organisations, the voluntary and community sector and teams across the Council.
