Casual, variable hours, working as and when required. Based at Davies Court Residential Care Unit – Dinnington. We are recruiting 5 Casual Care Staff to support adults within our 60‑bed residential care home, delivering both Intermediate Care (Rehabilitation) and Dementia Care services.

  • An understanding of the social and emotional needs of adults
  • A calm, empathetic and respectful approach

  • A practical mindset and the ability to solve everyday problems
  • An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety

Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 2 qualification (e.g. GCSEs grades D–G, NVQ Level 2/3, GNVQs Foundation, City & Guilds Part 1) or Equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience
