Responsible for: Removing barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challenges, enabling all students to achieve their full potential academically and personally. By modelling and promoting positive behaviour and attitudes, the Behaviour for Learning Leader will contribute to a safe, nurturing, and aspirational school community.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 days.
Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School. The post is based at Winterhill.
Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to remove barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challenges, enabling all students to achieve their full potential academically and personally. By modelling and promoting positive behaviour and attitudes, the Behaviour for Learning Leader will contribute to a safe, nurturing, and aspirational school community.
