Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of urban regeneration, public realm, infrastructure, residential, masterplanning, and commercial projects.
- Undertake site studies (levels, soil, ecology, buildings, roads) and soft landscape audits.
- Contribute to site appraisals aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare CAD drawings under senior guidance.
- Support client and stakeholder engagement to build commercial awareness.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Review and check own work prior to project lead sign-off.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project consultants.
- Attend site visits and assist with project liaison.
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Take accurate meeting minutes (in line with company protocols) and maintain organised project records.
- Follow company procedures to keep project documentation up to date.
Business Development
- Stay informed on industry trends and sustainable practices to support new business opportunities.
Teamwork & Independence
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Compile reports, including imagery and written content.
