Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a permanent, full-time Former Tenant Arrears Recovery Administrator in the Housing service. You will manage a caseload to recover former tenant arrears, mainly by telephone, with some letters.
The role requires good numeracy, strong relationship skills, and the ability to have firm but fair conversations about unpaid rent, while following policies. Training is provided on appointment. 37 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday.
