Hours: 19.5 hrs per week, 3 days per week, 8:15 am to 3:15 pm (30 mins lunch).

Reporting to: Deputy Head & SENCO.

Commencement date: 1st September 2026.

Salary: Grade 5 SCP 4-6 £25,185 - £25,989 FTE. Actual Pro Rata Salary £11,246 - £11,605 (Pay award pending).

Contractual hours: 19.5 hours per week (part‑time).

Position: Learning Support Assistant to support a child 1‑1 in EYFS/KS1 and/or provide general classroom support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils during lunch and break times.
  • Help meet the social and emotional needs of children.
  • Provide a supportive environment for teaching and learning.
  • Assist the classroom team with daily instructional tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
