Location: Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Catholic Primary School.
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the safety and security of the school premises in line with Health and Safety procedures.
- Carry out regular fire, asbestos and legionella checks and maintain compliance with health & safety standards.
- Arrange and supervise repairs and coordinate contractors for remedial work.
- Clean the school to a high standard and work in partnership with additional staff.
- Perform administration tasks relating to facilities and building management.
Start date: As soon as possible.
To work with children, a Disclosure and Barring Service record check at an enhanced level is required.
