Job Description
- Provide strategic oversight of educational standards across the Trust’s primary phase, ensuring high‑quality teaching, curriculum and assessment.
- Support and challenge academy leaders to deliver sustained improvement across primary schools.
- Drive development of early reading, phonics, writing and mathematics foundations.
- Lead data‑driven monitoring, informed support and timely intervention to secure strong outcomes for all pupils, including disadvantaged and SEND students.
- Maximise the potential of staff by developing leadership capacity and embedding the Trust’s values.
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration and shared accountability across the Trust.
- Engage with Principals, senior leaders, teachers, Governors, Trustees and external partners to translate strategy into classroom impact.
- Represent the Trust with credibility and professionalism, contributing to collaborative networks.
