Sheep Dip Lane Academy – Exceed Learning Partnership is looking to appoint a Childcare Supervisor to lead our Wraparound Care extended learning provision. This role will be working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Morning session: 07:25 – 08:40. Afternoon session: 15:00 – 16:45. The role is open to candidates who can cover both AM and PM sessions, but applications for either AM or PM only will be considered.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support childcare assistants, ensuring ratios are met and activities run on schedule.
- Design a weekly programme of activities including arts and crafts, sports and quiet study areas.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, including sign‑in/out procedures, safeguarding and first aid.
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding the club’s operations.
- Manage registers and oversee the preparation of healthy, nutritious snacks.
