The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Willow Primary School are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our Leadership Team. As Assistant Principal, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and daily management of our school. This hybrid role combines high-quality classroom teaching with significant leadership responsibilities, working closely with the Executive Principal and Head of School to shape our curriculum, mentor teaching staff and ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
Location & Hours
- Location: Willow Primary School.
- Contract Type: September 1st, 2026.
- Contracted hours: 32.5 hours per week.
- Responsible to: Executive Headteacher and Head of School.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and assurance of a high-quality learning environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations and drive the school's improvement agenda.
- Deliver effective classroom teaching in line with national curriculum standards.
- Mentor and coach teaching staff to raise instructional quality.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and review the curriculum.
- Ensure pupils achieve outstanding educational outcomes and maintain high standards.
- Represent the school in the wider Exceed Learning Partnership community.
