We are seeking a skilled and passionate Café & Bistro Cook to join our kitchen team within a refined café and evening bistro environment. The role is focused on delivering beautifully executed dishes from an elevated daytime café menu and a carefully curated evening bistro offering. This includes occasional themed dining events that showcase quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and culinary creativity.

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for food ordering and stock management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional standards at all times.

    • Contribute to themed dining nights such as Spanish tapas, Mexican cuisine, and seafood-led menus.
    • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
  • Stock Management & Ordering
    • Take ownership of food ordering in line with menu requirements and forecasted demand.
    • Monitor stock levels, rotation, and storage to minimise waste and maintain quality.

    • Communicate clearly regarding menu availability, allergens, and service flow.
