Rotherham Hospice is recruiting a Palliative Care Pharmacist to lead the medicines strategy across hospice services in Rotherham. You will provide expert clinical pharmacology, oversee medicines governance, and drive safe, efficient prescribing including e-prescribing.
You will work with the Care Navigation team, doctors, ACPs and CNS, delivering patient-centred care, staff training and policy development to ensure optimal symptom control and quality of life for patients and their families.
