The HIT training is delivered in collaboration with the University of Sheffield and will commence in March 2026; applicants must be able to attend university by then. Due to delays in funding confirmation, this post is advertised at extreme short notice.
Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individual to join RDASH Talking Therapies. As a trainee High Intensity CBT you will learn and work alongside a highly skilled and diverse team of therapists. Face‑to‑face clinics are required; remote work is not permitted. The post is full time (37.5 hours) and will equip you to deliver a range of evidence‑based CBT interventions to clients with common mental health problems in primary care. Training includes two days a week of taught and self‑study at the University and the remaining three days working at either the Doncaster or Rotherham service. Upon successful completion you will be expected to work towards and maintain full accreditation with the BABCP. Fixed term for 12 months; successful completion may lead to a permanent band 7 High Intensity CBT post.
