This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the assertive outreach service as a Band 6 Community Lead professional. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality care, assessment and treatment. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Service across a range of clients experiencing mental ill health within the assertive outreach and community rehab pathway. The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies and therefore the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential. Post-registration experience as an RMN or other qualified staff is essential, which may include inpatient and community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Service across clients experiencing mental ill health within the assertive outreach and community rehab pathway.
- Collaborate with representatives from other agencies; work independently and with partner agencies to deliver services.
Qualifications:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with post-registration experience (inpatient and/or community settings).
- Experience in assertive outreach and community rehab pathways is desirable.
- Ability to organise, manage care, and provide high quality care, assessment and treatment.
