We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health within the assertive outreach and community rehab pathway. The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies, and the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care, assessment and treatment to clients through the assertive outreach pathway.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and represent the service in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work independently, making clinical decisions in inpatient and community settings as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Post registration experience as an RMN or other qualified mental health staff, including inpatient and community settings.
  • Experienced RMN, preferably with a background in assertive outreach and community rehabilitation.
  • Highly organised, enthusiastic and able to provide high‑quality care.
