An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Admin Support Volunteer(s) to work within our Learning and Development team.
The purpose of the role is to support central administration functions and departments. You will be providing administrative support across the function and will contribute to the day-to-day running of the department. These are Face-to-Face Roles and all expenses are covered.
The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
- Greet visitors and students to the learning and development department in a polite and friendly manner.
- Respond to enquiries in a polite manner and ensure an appropriate response is initiated.
- Reception Duties: Meeting and greeting all visitors, staff, students, and delegates to the building.
- Maintain an accurate live register of all movement in and out of the venue.
- Answer telephones and take messages on behalf of the admin team.
- Make drinks for visitors and meetings.
