KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage telephone system
- Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors – organising badges
- Some invoicing & filing may be required
- Assisting with in and out bound post
- Diary management
- Organising refreshments and associated agendas/paperwork for meetings
- Supporting the team with additional administration duties
