Are you a Commercial System Implementation Assistant, looking to start a new job in a fast moving business? Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment are pleased to be working with a very well-established organisation based North Wales who are looking to recruit an experienced System Implementation Assistant for a key area of their business. Our Client is seeking an individual who is a strong communicator at all levels, who can influence change, and with the exposure to the whole organisation, provide information, support and analysis.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist in the migration of financial data from the old system to the new - ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the testing of the system, identifying and reporting any issues
- Assist in providing training and support to the finance departments and wider teams
- Support the creation of user guides and manuals
- Conduct training sessions
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports during the transition period
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and assist in implementation changes
- Work closely with all relevant departments, such as Finance and IT
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communicator, across all stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience within a previous system or project support role
