Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation based on the M56 side of Runcorn, currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. We are seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to join the business in a pivotal leadership role, offering a mix of strategic involvement and hands-on operational responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of monthly management accounts and all aspects of the month-end process
- Lead, manage and develop the finance team, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations and performance standards
- Review and oversee transactional finance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain adherence to financial processes in line with relevant regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, supporting budgeting and financial planning across departments
- Enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Take ownership of cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business-wide decision-making
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong track record of team leadership
- Experience in a regulated, growing business or business services environment is highly advantageous
- Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated strength in cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI); scenario modelling skills desirable
- A strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Emotionally intelligent leader with a collaborative and motivational management style
- Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and regulatory compliance
