Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a well-established manufacturing organisation in Wrexham, in their recruitment of an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This Credit Control job, reports to the Financial Controller and you will be responsible for the following duties:

Key responsibilities:

  • Chasing payments for 2 of the Companies with in the Group, via email, and telephone
  • Ensuring that all remittances are allocated correctly to ledgers
  • Processing cash postings onto the ERP system.
  • Reconciliation of the customer accounts
  • Opening and monitoring all new accounts and setting credit limits
  • Copy invoices, confirming delivery of goods
  • Preparing and processing the daily banking and monthly direct debits collections

Skills/Experience

  • Must have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner
  • Proactively deal with issues should they arise
  • Confident in liaising with other internal stakeholders
  • Competent Excel & Word skills
  • Use of an ERP system would be and advantage but not essential as full training will be given

What’s On Offer

  • Up to £30,000 per annum (possibly more if the person has strong credit control experience in a manufacturing environment)
  • Full time hours – Monday to Friday- all onsite
  • Excellent benefits package, once probation Completed
