We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and dynamic Derby, Loughborough & Market Harborough office. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
- Carrying out searches, assisting with reports depending on experience and dealing with Land Registry applications.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision.
- Supporting solicitors and fee earners to ensure smooth progression of matters.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry/online portals.
