As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rothera Bray, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers. You will work on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (granting, renewing, and terminating)
