Rothera Bray Solicitors in Leicester is looking for an experienced solicitor or licensed conveyancer to lead our Residential Conveyancing team. You will manage a caseload of complex residential property matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as Lexcel and CQS.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing and should demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior staff and partners on strategic objectives.
