Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Residential Conveyancing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to junior solicitors and conveyancers.
- Handle a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters from instruction to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including Lexcel and CQS.
- Drive performance and productivity across the team while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- Collaborate with other senior staff and partners to support strategic objectives and business development opportunities.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, referrers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
