We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join our busy Private Client Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple office locations, with flexible and hybrid working available.
Responsibilities
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- General private client administrative support
- Audio typing, document production, and file management
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Private Client or legal support role (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
