Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team, based primarily in our Nottingham office, with the opportunity to work collaboratively across our offices.

The Role
We're seeking a solicitor with 5β10 years' PQE who has strong experience advising on a wide range of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial lease renewals (opposed and unopposed)
- Service of statutory notices (including Section 25 and break notices)
- Dilapidations and disrepair claims
- Breach of lease, covenant disputes and rent arrears
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes
Youβll manage your own varied caseload while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. We encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork, and youβll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and help shape the continued success of the department. About You
Youβll have:
- 5β10 years' PQE in Property Litigation
- Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious property matters
- Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support and mentor colleagues
