We are recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE). You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including renewals and assignments
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property
  • Proven experience managing your own caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge across core real estate matters
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong client care and relationship-building skills
