Rachel adopts a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, prioritising her clients’ needs and guiding them toward effective resolutions whenever possible. When litigation is necessary, Rachel takes a strong and strategic stance. Since qualifying in 2001, Rachel has been based in the East Midlands and has exclusively specialised in Employment Law. Between 2008 and 2014, Rachel worked as a Solicitor at a Derby-based firm, which was later acquired by a national law firm in 2014. In 2019 Rachel was promoted to Senior Associate at the national law firm above. In 2024 Rachel joined an East Midlands based law firm as a Legal Director. In March 2025, Rachel joined Rothera Bray as a Managing Associate in the Employment Law team.

Experience: 24 years

Qualifications: Rachel completed a Law degree at the University of Leicester, graduating in 1997. Rachel completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School in 1999.

Memberships & Accreditations: Rachel is a member of Employment Lawyers Association. Rachel is also on the board of directors for the Erewash Partnership.
