Rother Council is seeking a Housing Enabling & Development Officer to deliver affordable homes and support residents in housing need. You will lead negotiations through planning processes to increase affordable housing on sites across the district, working with the Housing Development Manager and partners.
You should have excellent negotiation skills, a degree level education (preferred), knowledge of affordable housing and experience with Registered Providers, developers, and consultants.
