Administrative Assistant (Specialist) with Citizens Advice
Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time/flexible hours considered)
Contract: Permanent Location: Bexhill and St Leonards offices
Closing: Friday 16th October, or earlier if suitable candidate is found

Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for an organised and friendly Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our services across East Sussex.
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in ensuring people can access the support they need. From managing enquiries and appointments to maintaining accurate records and supporting projects, no two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing telephone, email and online enquiries
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Supporting appointment and referral administration
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with reporting and monitoring information
- Providing administrative support across a range of services
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong administration or customer service experience
- Is highly organised and accurate
- Works well as part of a team
- Understands the importance of confidentiality
